This wine was also their first with a screw cap closure.

In the first years, the dry fruitiness is dominant, then the more mineral notes of the Xarello join in.

Trial analysis
Very pale colour. Very expressive on the nose: the apple note son the Chardonnay and the Mediterranean, spicy notes of the Xarello.
Very round and soft on the palate - a fruity drinkability.
After one year, nice mineral notes will appear. The ideal summer wine!
