The white 2021 Gran Autocton Blanc, cropped from a cooler and more balanced year, was produced with a blend of 90% Xarel.lo and 10% Malvasía de Sitges, fermented and matured in large oak barrels and clay amphorae, where the wine matured for 10 months with the lees and bâtonnage. The grapes ripened thoroughly and reached 13% alcohol, with full development of aromas and flavors, keeping good freshness and a nice balance, with more integrated oak and less reductive. It's a more complete vintage.
