Castro Ventosa's top white wine. "El Val" is the name of the vineyard, located just opposite the renowned "Villegas" vineyard. West orientation so ripeness is up to almost 1 month later than the Villegas vineyard. El Val therefore gives voluminous wines with plenty of fraîche and character. Is without doubt the most Burgundian of our white Godello wines.

Trial analysis
Bright in colour with nice sparkle. In the nose, a Burgundian symphony of both floral aromas and white pit fruit, interspersed with the lovely wood-aging notes. Firm, yet with enough fraîche in this year. 2022 is a really top year for this white. Long finish with refined bitterness at the end.
