The Pruno is a Crianza made from vines between 10 to 20 years old.

Vinification
12 months go ageing in French oak barrels (Darnajou & Taransaud, second year).

Storage potential
7 years.

To serve

Trial analysis
Nice truly colour. Explosion of ripe red fruit aromas (gooseberry, cherry) with a hint of smoky notes and licorice.
Very young and meaty on the palate, with a nice acidity, a good persistence and a solid body, as one would expect from a Ribera.

Wine estate

The superb estate of the Anton family in Ribera del Duero is located on the blanks of the Douro river (on the North side), and borders with the Vega Sicilia Estate (on the West side).
