This Reserva Brut is made with a selection of grapes coming from 12 different blocks of vines, all harvested by hand.
Vinification
Only the first 53% of the pressed juice is used for the base wine. The 6g dosage come from a 100 year old solera and is Gramona's signature.

Light golden colour, light bubbles and creamy foam.
Apple, citrus, aniseed, toast aromas.
Creamy, full-bodied, mineral, lively and refreshing. A good structured Cava.
