2024
Istiu is Enric Soler's latest creation. For the first time a coupage wine, of very limited production, that shows Enric's creative and non-conformist character. Sourced from a 0.2ha plot with a subsoil of sand, loam and clay. The vines are respectively 42 (Xarel.lo) and 13 years old (Malvasia de Sitges). The vineyard is worked in biodynamics like all the other plots. A wine that shows the affinity between Xarel-lo and Malvasía de Sitges.
Listán Prieto (90%), Listán blanco (9%), Tintilla (1%)
Benje is the name of a nearby crater which the Listan Prieto comes from, near Santiago del Teide (Tenerife). The vines are located some 1,000 metres above sea level.

Selma is a cult wine. Everybody has heard about it, but rare are those who got to taste it. Selma is the name of a small mountain village in the Sierra de Montmell, in Santes Creus (Province of Tarragona). Here are Jaume et Ester Jin's roots; and this is here that years ago they started ti plant vine son slaps, on a very small scale. Biodynamic culture and winemaking.

2022
2008 was the first vintage of this wine. The Pruno is a Crianza made from vines between 10 to 20 years old.
Caiño (100%)
In addition to the white Finca Genoveva, Rodri has also been making a red since 2017. Mainly from old-vine Caíño. It shows a truly Atlantic character with impressive depth. A wine that can stand alongside the great reds of the Loire.
Albariño (100%)
O Pradiño is named after the parcel from which the wine originates, in O Vinquiño (Sanxenxo). The vineyard was completely replanted in 2012 using cuttings from some of the more than century-old vines that were still present on this site. The vineyard lies very close to the sea and consists of decomposed granite and sand soils, with gneiss. In total, there are 1,600 vines, with an annual production of around 700 bottles. Our most mineral Albariño!

Tinta del Pais (100%)
2015
Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección is only vinified in the greatest vintages. In other years, the grapes are used for the Gran Reserva and Reserva, as was the case in the 2017 vintage. In an exceptional year, Pérez Pascuas can be placed on the same level as Vega Sicilia Unico. The Gran Selección is the family wine, created by Mauro, the founder of the bodega.
Malvasia de Sitges (100%)
16 years ago, Jané Ventura started to try and revive the Malvasia de Sitges of ancient fame. Many other winemakers followed suit. This light and lively wine is a good introduction to this variety. semperviva means eternal, and is the name of a flower that can be dried and thus preserved for a very long time. A beautiful name for a beautiful wine, of which only 4,400 bottles have been made in this first vintage.
Garnacha (80%), Garnacha Blanca (10%), Tempranillo (10%)
José's top cru; this wine comes from his oldest vineyard: 130 year-old bush vines! This Camino de Ribas (aka La Concova) lays at 610 above sea-level, on sandy and sandstone soils, with veins of calcium-carbonate.
Tempranillo (99%), Viura (1%)
One of José's crus from San Vincente, at 515 metres above sea-level. Field-blend, mostly 40 year-old Tempranillo and a little Viura. Calcareous soils, North-East orientation.
Tempranillo (78%), Garnacha (20%), Viura (2%)
This "village wine" (the village in question being San Vincente de la Sonsierra, in Rioja Alta) is a blend of four different parcels lying at some 500 metres above sea level.
Godello (90%), Doña Blanca (10%)
La Vizcaína is a project by Raúl Pérez in which the wines are classified according to their origin, terroir, orientation to the sun, etc... La Vizcaína is the nickname given by the locals to Raúl's father, who was also an oenologist, but who died young. Raúl is assisted in this venture by his niece Nerea Pérez. ‘La del Vivo’ is a rare white wine made primarily from old Godello vines planted in 1916. The parcels behind this wine are rooted in sandy and clay soils. Located in the "Loma de Poulosa" plot at over 600 metres altitude, the vineyard benefits from an optimal exposure – which explains the aromatic richness both on the nose and on the palate.
Pedro Ximénez
This fantastic Pedro Ximénez is the entry level wine of Fátima Ceballos' great range of whites. Fátima Ceballos is the most famous and the most innovative oenologist in this region.
The Bonanto is the creation of Spain's best sommelier and two world-class mixologists. The three men behind this project are no strangers to excellence. One of them is Marc Alvarez, who has held a top position within the El Bulli group for years. Three years ago, they launched their Ginraw gin, which we proudly included in our range at the time. Now, we have received the same request for their Bonanto. The trio spent three years perfecting this product, both in terms of content and presentation. Their search for a high-quality aperitif led them to create a wine-based aperitif infused with a cherry distillate. It can be enjoyed on the rocks during the day, with cava as a substitute for Aperol Spritz, or with tonic or soda in the style of Campari. They even developed a special bottle for the product, with a patented design. Without a doubt, this Bonanto is set to become a qualitative addition to the world of cocktails and aperitifs.
Furmint (100%)
This Mandolas is the dry white wine of the Hungarian estate of Vega Sicilia, Oremus. This estate is located in the Tokaj region, in a hilly part of North Eastern Hungary. Mandolas is the name of the terroir where the grapes come from, a place planted with Furmint, one of Hungary's most famous varietals. This cuvée was at the origin of a great revival, not only for Oremus, but for the whole region, because it was the first dry white to be made in Tokaj.
Tempranillo (90%), Graciano (8%), Malvasia, Viura
2017
This Old Vine Reserva is a real gem. All the features of a Gran Reserva.
Garnacha, Syrah
Urbezo, a regional artist and a good friend of Santiago Garcia's, was a source inspiration for him. The estate and most of the wines are named after the painter.

2025
Pre-sale. Wine will arrive between October and November 2027. In South Africa like in Spain, Terroir is a relatively new concept. The oenologist of the Spanish estates we work with played a pioneering role in understanding its value. The same for Eben Sadie and its family in South Africa. Columella is the flagship of this small company. Its production is very limited, but the quality is very high.
