It is often said that Mencia has the fruitiness of a Pinot Noir and the freshness of a Shiraz.
This young (joven) wine was made with the same care as the Raul Pérez's other cuvées but comes from younger vines.

Red and black fruit, with a hint of terroir. An impressive quality-price relation.
The style of this wine is rather continental, with its notes of ripe fruit, but it is also meaty and fresh.
