Vinification
This Kyrie blanc - the prestige white wine of the estate - blends grapes from Grenache blanc, Xarello, Macabeu and Muscat d'Alexandrie. It is aged for about 6 months.

Very peculiar on the nose with notes of pastry, frangipane and green spices. A creamy, full bodied wine, with a long finish.
