A perfect union between the classic style of Ribera and the new, fruiter, riper style. A typical Crianza wine.
Vinification
The wine is aged for 18 months in Frech and American oak barrels, then ripens for 6 months in bottle.
Storage potential
10 years.
To serve
Serve at 18°C in a large glass after decanting.
Trial analysis
Fleshy, velvety wine with a lot of character. A exuberant bouquet of black gooseberries and spices.
The suit is supported by a nice acidity, a touch of minerality and a hint of pleasant oak.
This is by no means a New World bodybuilder wine!
