Poley PX Dulce 2019 is a sweet wine made from 100% Pedro Ximénez in Montilla-Moriles. After harvest, the grapes are dried in the sun for several days, which strongly concentrates the sugars and aromas. The result is a rich, intense dessert wine with good freshness.

P.X. is the abbreviation for Pedro Ximenez = Pieter Siemens; vines left by him in the 15th century in Andalucia were named after him. The Don PX is an example of how far one can go in residual sugar content with this grape.

This Solera was started in 1918. Four generations of the same family have worked to arrive at this particularly complex Pedro Ximénez. A true legacy for the next generation that is proudly carried on.
