The Pies Negros cuvée is the "village wine" of the Artuke Brothers. The 6 vineyards it comes from are located in Abalos. They are all bush-vines, planted between 530 et 600 metres of altitude. Part of the grapes are still foot-trodden in the old fashion - hence the name of pies negros, black feet. The total production of this cuvée is 10.500 bottles.
Tinto Fino (100%)
2023
Launched in 2010, this is the entry-level wine of Pérez Pascuas, a wine that combines fruit and spices. Gavial is the feather used by the writers. A symbol of the authencity of this wine, faithful to its terroir. Tempranillo vines with an average age of 25 years.
Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Syrah (20%)
2008 was the first vintage produced. The estate also produces an entry-level wine (Valdueza) and a top cuvée (Etiqueta Azul). This “red label” sits in between. The vineyards are located at 235 to 355 metres altitude, with slopes of up to 12%.
2022
A meaty, fleshy and powerful Ribera del Duero, typical of low yield grapes (28hl/ha). Téofilo is one of the few oenologists who uses 1 to 2% of the white Albillo grape in the blend.
Tempranillo (100%)
A Crianza-level wine, but the bodega cannot use this term (nor Reserva) because its production is too limited.
A perfect union between the classic Ribera style and the meatier, fruitier, riper black berries of the new style. A typical Crianza wine. Tempranillo vines with an average age of 40 years.
One of their grand crus, from a vineyard in Fonzaleche, planted by Eva and her father in 1992. La Calleja is a classic in the making. Pure Tempranillo expression from authentic winemakers.
Bodegas Roda's latest adventure. The project was born in 2006 and the first wine produced in 2008. The name Corimbo in itself is a token of rarity, since its meaning is a horizontal inflorescence. The production of the cuvée is 40,000 bottles.

Here is an entry level Reserva with a great personality. It comes from other vineyards than the Remirez Reserva.
Tempranillo grapes from Roa, specifically from the north-facing La Loma vineyard, located at 845 meters above sea level. Doble M stands for Manuela and Mauro Special Selection.
The new cult wine from the Ribera del Duero. A 100% Tempranillo made by Xavier Ausás, who was the oenologist and technical director at Vega Sicilia from 1988 to 2015. 35 to 90 year old gobelet-trained vines.
Tempranillo (99%), Garnacha (1%)
Macán Clásico is the result of a rigorous selection in the vineyard.Only the best parcels in San Vicente de la Sonsierra are used.
Tempranillo (99%), Viura (1%)
One of José's crus from San Vincente, at 540 metres above sea-level. Field-blend, mostly 50 year-old Tempranillo and a little Viura. Mostly calcareous soils, with a lot aromatic herbs and shrubs around the vineyard.
Mencia
Raúl Pérez knows like no-one else how to achieve the right balance between finesse and strength. This is no doubt the most elegant of all the reds at Ultreia.
Garnacha (60%), Calagraño, Malvasia, Viura
This was their first fully owned vineyard (they bought it in 2016). Beautiful plot of over 100-year-old vines in Fonzaleche. Rioja of Grand Cru level.
Tempranillo (60%), Viura (30%), Garnacha (10%)
Something very special ! This wine comes from a small vineyard in Sajazarra, of which 2/3 is over 100 years old and 1/3 is Tempranillo of 40 years old. The final field blend ensures we get a light very floral wine with lots of character.
This micro-vinification wine is made with hand selected grapes (berry by berry) from the best and oldest vines. The production is only one to two barrels per year. There are only 60 bottles available for the Belgian market!

2016
One of the rarest wines of this great estate. This Gran Reserva is so in demand (for the 2004 was marked 100/100) that it has always been difficult to acquire. But we were able to secure a small allocation. A Gran Reserva worthy of its name.
Tinto Fino (96%), Merlot (4%)
This wine is as prestigious as its big brother Unico, although its blend is slightly different. It is named after the village where the estate lies. The vines are at least 20 years old. The grapes are harvested by night and quickly put in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
The most anticipated wine of the year in Spain! The new star from José Manuel Pérez Ovejas, named oenologist of the year in 2018.
An old 1.5-hectare vineyard with twisted, gnarled vines and extremely low yields. This “S” cuvée is only produced in the finest vintages.
Tinto Fino (96%), Cabernet Sauvignon (4%)
This is the flagship go the estate. In the good vintages, the Unico represents one third of its total production. The prestigious cuvée has always been made the same way; the ageing process has never changed: the wien cannot be sold before it is 10 years old. The grapes of Unico come from older vines (average: 35 years) and the cuvée is only made in the best vintages.
Tinto Fino (95%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%)
The Reserva Especial is the top wine of the house: a blend of 3 vintages of the Unico cuvée. Ground glass bottle.
