Dos Claveles is a reference to the gardens of Cordoba, full of flowers, and in particular carnations (claveles).
This 100% Pedro Ximénez is the entry level wine of Toro Albala.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking. The ripe PX grapes are macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The result is a very fresh and fruity wine.

Bright yellow colour.
Salty notes of PX, peach, apple and pineapple on the nose. Nicely fresh on the palate, until the finish.
An excellent aperitif wine.
