Poley PX Dulce 2019 is a sweet wine made from 100% Pedro Ximénez in Montilla-Moriles. After harvest, the grapes are dried in the sun for several days, which strongly concentrates the sugars and aromas. The result is a rich, intense dessert wine with good freshness.

Since 2016, Victoria Ordóñez has also been making red wine under the Sierras de Málaga DO. If she is still the "queen" of PX and Moscatel in Málaga, these reds surely deserve to appear on your table. The grapes come from high altitude vineyards surrounding the city of Málaga.

Back to the typical "Mountain Wines" of Málaga! The label is a poetical reference to the waves on the hull of the Melillero, the boat which links Málaga with the harbour of Melilla, a Spanish city on the North-African Coast. The grapes come from 7 small parcels aged from 30 to 100 years, on the "Montes" surrounding the city of Málaga. These lie between 800 and 1000 metres above sea-level.
