The Viñas Viejas is a selection of the better (organic) vineyards of the village of "La Aguilera". Vineyards with an average age of 60 years are used for this wine, coming from the 2 terroirs : sandy cobblestone soils and limestone-clay soils. Being a field blend, the coupage consists of 98% Tempranillo and 2% Albillo. Moreover, a top price/quality !
Tinto Fino (100%)
A perfect union between the classic Ribera style and the meatier, fruitier, riper black berries of the new style. A typical Crianza wine. Tempranillo vines with an average age of 40 years.

The Gran Reserva is only vinified in the best vintages. It is made from a selection of old vineyards (up to 830 metres altitude) with vines averaging 60 years of age. In years when the quality required for a Gran Reserva is not achieved, the grapes are used for the Reserva. This was the case for the 2017 vintage. A milestone in the quality policy of the estate, in the lesser years, the grapes of the Pérez Pascuas Selection and the Gran Reserva are also used in this Reserva. Tempranillo vines with an average age of 50 years.
2021
Launched in 2010, this is the entry-level wine of Pérez Pascuas, a wine that combines fruit and spices. Gavial is the feather used by the writers. A symbol of the authencity of this wine, faithful to its terroir. Tempranillo vines with an average age of 25 years.
Listán blanco, Listán Negro, Malvasía Volcánica
Jable de Tao 2023 is a white blend of Malvasía, Diego and Listán Blanco, sourced from different plots on Lanzarote. This cuvée offers a broad expression of the young project, combining the island’s freshness with volume and depth. Alcohol: 12%.
Listán blanco (100%)
Chupadero 2023 is a Listán wine with a fuller, rounder profile. It retains its freshness while being less taut and less distinctly mineral than the estate’s other cuvées.
Malvasía Volcánica (100%)
Tao Blanco is a white Malvasía wine with a fresh, taut style. There is no exotic profile here, but rather a pure expression of the grape variety, focused on citrus and freshness.
Macabeu, Xarel.lo
2013
Jané Ventura began producing Cava as early as 1914, which quickly made their name well known in the region. The bodega has deep roots in the world of Cava. Since 1998, they have also focused more on still white and red Spanish wines. In Spain, top Cavas are often made with little or no dosage, allowing the richness of the base wine to fully shine through. This is the anniversary cuvée, produced in a very limited quantity (1,914 bottles).

Reserva de la Música is the successor to the Reserva Brut. A long ageing in bottle has given this Cava more body and complexity. The disgorgment date is mentioned on the back-label.

Jané Ventura stated producing cava in 1914 and soon grew famous in the whole region.It is one of the pioneers of Cava. Since 1988, it has also been producing still wines, white and red. The greatest cavas have a very limited sugar dosage, or no dosage at all, thus showing the full richness of the wine.
Garnatxa (100%)
This is the successor to the Reserva Brut. A long ageing in bottle has given this Cava more body and complexity. The disgorgment date is mentioned on the back-label.
Macabeu (100%)
1998 was the first vintage of this white Penedès wine. Since then, the cuvée has changed a lot. It is made with the grapes of a high altitude parcel of old Macabeu in La Juncosa, called La Finca Els Camps. It has a very Mediterranean character, and a nice minerality.
