Ventoleiro Branco is the entry-level white cuvée from Adega A Barouta, the project of Javier Alén, Dani Landi, Fernando García and Roberto Núñez in Ribeiro.
The grapes come from vines aged between 20 and 70 years, planted at 170 to 230 metres above sea level. The soils are made up of sandy clay, granite and slate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and ferment spontaneously with native yeasts. Adega A Barouta intervenes as little as possible in the cellar. The wine is aged for around 12 months in stainless steel tanks and large wooden foudres.

Trial analysis
Fresh and aromatic nose with ripe white and yellow stone fruit, white flowers and a light spicy note. The palate is juicy and energetic, with lively acidity and a clear saline touch. Treixadura brings volume and texture, while Albariño adds extra freshness. Fine structure and a long, fresh finish.
