Trial analysis
Nice, intense cherry red colour with violet reflections.
Toffee and lavendel, wild strawberry, blackberry and cajun spices.
Meaty, but fresh on the palate, with silky tannins. A powerful wine but well balanced in the finish, with some toasting notes.
A lot of potential!
